At Prudential Incorporated we aim to make the loan application as easy as possible for you. If you are a repeat client, on our approved private payroll scheme or a civil servant, please download these forms and email them back to us for us to start verifying and processing your loan. If you are a new client, then please fill in our quote request form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, please call us or pop in for a visit – we are always ready to chat!
Private Payroll Application Process
You can download our application form on the links below. Once completed submit the form and supporting documents, then our team will send you your loan agreement after the relevant HR approval.
Civil Servant Application Process
It takes just a few minutes to provide us with your information. After completing the forms below you can submit them along with the supporting documents for SSB approval. Our team will then disburse funds to your account within 24 to 48 hours.
